I deleted something by mistake. Can I get it back?

Photos and videos go to your system trash: Photos → Albums → Recently Deleted on iOS, or Google Photos → Trash / Files → Trash on Android. They stay there for about 30 days.

For contacts and calendar events, Roomy saves a backup file before deleting. Look for Roomy-contacts-….vcf or Roomy-calendar-….ics in Files (iOS) or Downloads (Android). Open the file to restore.

Why does the app say "Store unavailable" on the Pro screen?

This usually means the store connection is temporarily unavailable. Check your internet connection and try again later.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Play Store → profile → Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling in the app is not possible — the stores handle this themselves.

Does Roomy upload my photos anywhere?

No. Roomy has no servers. Everything is processed on your device and the app works offline. See the privacy policy.
