I deleted something by mistake. Can I get it back?
Photos and videos go to your system trash: Photos → Albums → Recently Deleted on iOS, or Google Photos → Trash / Files → Trash on Android. They stay there for about 30 days.
For contacts and calendar events, Roomy saves a backup file before deleting. Look for
Roomy-contacts-….vcf or Roomy-calendar-….ics in Files (iOS) or Downloads
(Android). Open the file to restore.
Why does the app say "Store unavailable" on the Pro screen?
This usually means the store connection is temporarily unavailable. Check your internet connection and try again later.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Play Store → profile → Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling in the app is not possible — the stores handle this themselves.
Does Roomy upload my photos anywhere?
No. Your photos, videos, contacts and calendar never leave your phone — the cleanup works offline. The only thing our server ever stores is your email address, and only if you choose the optional sign-in. See the privacy policy.
