1. The service
Roomy is a mobile application that helps you find and delete duplicate and unneeded photos, videos, contacts and calendar events on your own device.
2. Your responsibility for deletions
Roomy never deletes anything on its own — every deletion requires your explicit confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing what you select. Roomy is designed to reduce risk:
- Photos and videos are moved to the operating system's trash, where they remain recoverable for about 30 days.
- Contacts and calendar events are backed up to a file on your device before deletion; if that backup cannot be written, the deletion is not performed.
Even so, we strongly recommend keeping an independent backup of important data.
3. Subscription
Roomy is free to use with a limit of 10 deletions per session. Roomy Pro removes that limit and is offered as an auto-renewing weekly or yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings — not in the app.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
5. No warranty
Roomy is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
6. Acceptable use
Use Roomy only on devices and data you own or are authorised to manage. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page.
